Very Versatile! I initially purchased these for use on water
parks and canoeing and boating/fishing trips. The first few
times I wore them, the front strap cut into my foot a bit. Now
they are very comfortable. I love the heel strap which can be
flipped up to the top and the sandal can be worn as a slide.
Great when I just want to run outside to the garden. The other
two foot straps are adjustable as well, which is great for all
the different shaped feet out in the world. The color goes
with just about anything and the shoe has good quality
construction.
Great for orthotics! I wear a 3/4 length custom molded
orthotic and I can wear it in this sandal without any
modification. The feature where the back strap swings forward
for a convertible slide is the best sandal innovation since
Moses parted the Red Sea! It also allows you to custom fit
where the strap rides related to your ankle when wearing these
as regular sandals. As the other reviews state, this shoe runs
large. I usually wear a 9 Narrow and the 8 (Medium, only width
available) was a far better fit. I think it fits a lot like a
Birkenstock in the toe area. If I had wide feet, I'd go with
the same size I normally wear. If only Columbia made half
sizes in this shoe...
